Ozzy takes great pride in his appearance and it shows with his daily workout routines and healthy balanced diet. With his daily exercise comes his perfectly sculpted body complete with a perfect defined chest, legs and arms. The man is tall, extremely strong and solid, and it shows under his perfectly tailored suits.

The crooked smile that pulls at the former Slytherin lips belies little about what is going on behind his hazel eyes. Though he generally likes to keep his hair cropped short over his head, Ozzy is a trend follower and has had other styles including the longer shaggy hair look. However, he prefers to keep it short and out of his eyes. He feels it gives him a ?face people can trust? accompanied with a charming smile.

Overview:
Overall, Ozzy is very good at telling people what they want to hear, all the while plotting his own agenda. He is very much in life for himself, not out to make the world any better for anyone but himself. It would be well in his capacity to tell an orphanage full of children that he is going to build them a bigger, better house to live in, while actually planning where his workout room will be after he razes the place.

Though not particularly malicious (unless of course your name is Mathias Vector) Ozzy is just cutthroat and ambitious and has no problem stepping on the little people to get what he wants. Because of family name and ability to buy people off (it doesn't hurt that his father is a Wizengamot judge), Ozzy has a stellar reputation as one of the most young up-and-coming Ministry Officials.

History
Second oldest to the small brood of Vectors his mother and father produced, Ozzy is the favorite and most preferred among his parents. Born June 6th, and named after his grandfather and father, Ozzy holds himself with a certain self entitlement that would put most people to shame. Born to a father well known for his rulings as a judge on the Wizengamot, a mother who worked in the Department of Mysteries, and younger brother to a famous Quiddith playing sister, Ozzy felt  it would be difficult to live up to his namesakes and family names. However, somehow, Ozzy blossomed under the care of his parents and older sister.

Though he was not old enough to remember it, just as he turned two years old, his parents introduced another young child into the family, naming him Mathias George because Oscar and Marie Vector got some sick twisted pleasure out of naming their children horrible names that would scar them for life. The new addition to the family left Ozzy feeling flustered, and pushed aside, suddenly having to compete for his parents affection more so than he did when it was just himself and Danika. Throughout the years that followed up to the birth of the next Vector, Archie took great pleasure in torturing dear little Matty, often going out of his way to prove his own superiority over his younger brother. However, it didn't take long for their father, Oscar, to realize that the Matty was not the golden child he hoped him to be. The small imperfection that the boy needed glasses swung his favoritism back his first born son, where it should have been all along.

Turning eight years old, and still having the time of his life treating the six year old Mathias like his personal carpet, Ozzy's world was invaded once again by another birth in the family. A boy in which they named Isaac Francis, continuing on with the tradition of calling their children deplorable names. With the birth of Isaac, young Archie was once more pushed to the side in favor of the youngest brother, leaving him feeling used up and dry. However, instead of making Isaac's life a living hell as he had done with Mathias', Archie instead settled for silently pouting and glaring at his younger brother, hoping that he would find his own way to drown himself or jump off the roof.

The switch in favoritism went on well into Ozzy's teenage and Hogwarts years. Even at the tender age of eleven, after receiving his letter to the prestigious school and being sorted into Slytherin, Ozzy knew that if he wanted his spot as the favorite back, he would have to work twice as hard as Danika, and be three times as brilliant as his younger brothers. Which was not entirely possible because the only talent Ozzy seemed to have developed and be extremely good at was using people. The only respite he had in being at Hogwarts, was the fact that he was away from his two younger brothers, focusing on his studies. Though his older sister, Danika, was placed in Gryffindor, they were still close throughout the time they both spent at the school with her often helping her younger brother out.

Surviving his first year as a Slytherin at Hogwarts, it was time to go back home for the summer, which meant it was time to make up for nine months of torture Matty had missed out on while Archie was away. Cramming three months of loogies, swirlies, jelly-leg jinxes and discredit, Ozzy made sure to pay special attention to making Matty look like a terrible son. Not that it was hard as by this time it was starting to come out that no one really liked him anymore. When it came to Isaac, Archie pretended that he simply did not exist, and often looked through him, ignored him and spent his time talking over the youngest Vector.

By the time it was time for Ozzy's second year at Hogwarts rolled around, it seemed that his family would be blessed with an another child. This time a bouncing baby girl whom his parents named Wren Mariah, still following the traditions of bad names. As displeased as he was about the newest addition, there was little to nothing Archie could do about it as he had been shipped off to Hogwarts with the knowledge that Isaac would have their father all to himself, probably securing his spot as the favorite even more. Second year came and went with the only big thing being Archie joining the house Quidditch team as Seeker, still hoping to impress his father.

With the beginning of third year coming soon, this also meant that his dear little brother, Matty, would be joining Danika and Archie at the school. This meant nothing to the eldest son except it was more opportunity to treat his little brother like the shit that he was. Archie made it his personal goal to alienate and embarrass his baby brother any chance he could and took great relish in doing so. Other than still remaining on the House team as Seeker and torturing his brother as much as he could, third year passed without incident as did the summer before his fourth year.

Remaining on the team as Seeker, and thoroughly still ignoring Isaac as though the little turd never existed, Ozzy threw himself into his studies. Following in his father's footsteps, (what else would cement him in as the favorite?) Ozzy was made Prefect in his fifth year, Quidditch Captain in his sixth, and finally Head Boy in his seventh, all the while earning top marks in all of his NEWT level classes, while also interning at the Ministry of Magic. The only negative blemish on Archie's school record was his week long detention after a teacher discovered him holding Matty's head down a toilet in the girl's bathroom in his fourth year.

With his graduation in the top percent of his class, Ozzy discovered he had secured his spot as favorite once more because of Isaac's abnormal characteristics. Though that only left Archie favorite by default, the now man was more than happy with the turn of events, meaning he now had the most opportunities to pursue outside of Hogwarts. As both his mother and father were high standing and respected employees at the Ministry of Magic, Archie was a shoe-in for a well payed job in one of the more prestigious departments.

With his new career at the Ministry secured, Ozzy took the place by storm, going above and beyond the call of duty in his department. Don't be fooled though, because Archie was only in it to make himself look better, and earn more money. It worked out well, because with his ability to screw people over and out of the things that he wanted, he was often credited with other people's ideas and work. Being the man that he was, Archie was ecstatic about this. There was nothing he wouldn't do to get ahead of the game. If he could get away with it, Archie would hip-check Isaac in front of a train to make his spot as the favorite permanent.

Two years after graduation, and getting promotion after promotion within the Ministry, Archie had grown accustomed to wining and dining where he wanted, and when he wanted. It was then after the graduation of Mathias that he was disowned and aptly ripped from the family in disgrace and shame, making Archie the happiest man on the planet. There was nothing more sweet then seeing his brother being cast from his spot among the Vectors and into (what Archie chose to believe) a life of disease and poverty. It was at this point after the disowning of Mathias George Vector that dear old Grandpa Archibald kicked the bucket and left his vast fortune to the good for nothing halfbreed vagrant.

Outraged and nearly going to his father about the unfairness of this, Ozzy silently seethed about the situation. However, as his father seemed to feel the same way, decided not to inform his middle son of the fortune as he was disowned and no longer considered a Vector. Instead, the Patriarch of the Vector family distributed the wealth among his remaining children, giving the most to his eldest children, Danika and Archibald Jr, and only vaguely giving it to Isaac and Wren (was that her name? Archie couldn't be certain.) Not long after this, the youngest girl child was also banned from the family, forcing her to live with the poor vagrant Mathias after locking Isaac in the closet, sending their mother into a tizzy.

As far as Archie was concerned they both deserved each other and could not have cared less about where the two ended up, only now concerned with himself and where he could get himself in the ministry.
